Ms. Jackson’s career has spanned positions from local and federal government, where she served in high level supervisory and management positions, to private-sector entrepreneur, where she established and operated a retail business and a research and business development company.

Over the years, Ms. Jackson has received recognition and awards from such diverse groups and organizations as U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Business and Professional Women, NAACP, NAHRO, University of Louisville and various municipalities.

Our History

Bess Solutions grew out of the passion of its founder Bessie Jackson to share her insights, experiences and business acumen to motivate individuals to think about their contributions to the vision, the team, the organization and themselves.

Ms. Jackson believes one must move beyond self imposed limits to successfully address the monumental challenges of succeeding in today’s rapidly changing world through leadership, communication, teamwork, risk taking and personal accountability.
